The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned bungalow with shared pool for rent in Baie-Mahault. It has a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises a 17 m² covered veranda/terrace with an equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom with an open bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 400 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A covered veranda/terrace with a table, sofa, armchairs, and a kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more.
- A bedroom with a queen-size canopy bed (160×200) and an open bathroom with a shower, double sink, and toilet.

A mezzanine with two mattresses on the floor (the access ladder is steep).

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- Enjoy sunny days in a 400 m² enclosed garden with trees and a 30 m² terrace with furniture
- Shared swimming pool with the owners (10 x 4 m, unheated)
Access hours: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Closed: Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Friday from 5:00 p.m. and Saturday morning.
Outside guests are not allowed.

The bungalow is ideally located in Baie-Mahault, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- The accommodation is located within a wellness center offering aquagym, yoga, and Pilates classes, as well as massages and reflexology (at an additional cost).
- Boat trip to Caret Islet.
- Full sailing trip with snorkeling to Les Saintes.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the enclosed private parking lot.

- The Jarry ferry terminal is an 11-minute drive away
- Guadeloupe – Maryse Condé Airport is a 15-minute drive away
