Excellent! Owners were great about checking on us. The home was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfy. As we were told, there was traffic noise, but after Friday evening we really didn’t notice it. Easy to get around, close to everything and we loved having our own parking area. 100% will book this home again and stay longer!

Kofi was a great host, very communicative. I couldn’t find measuring cups, so he purchased some and dropped them off. I could tell he really wanted us to have a great experience. The one bummer is that the traffic is rather loud. But I think we all slept okay regardless.

This was one of our best experiences with VRBO! The hosts were extremely communicative with information for check in process, checked in to see how our stay was going, etc. The property is well appointed with everything we needed. Location was close to UMW campus and other sites that we were there to visit. We were able to work remotely with the desk and office chair in the living room area. Check out was easy and convenient. Can't say enough about the hosts! It really makes a difference when you feel appreciated as a customer!

Nice little place about an hour outside of D.C. host was easy to contact and available to contact easily if needed. Close to a Walmart if items are needed during the stay

Family trip

The Cute Haven was a great place for my adult children and I to stay on our trip to the area - cozy and cute. Will try to stay there again when next in the area.

The Cute Haven was exactly as described. It was cute, cozy, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the water and soda stocked for us and the flexibility on our checkout to accommodate our event. Note upfront that it is on a very busy street and the host will let you know that in the check-in instructions. Thank you for hosting us.

Great stay!

Cute little house that me and my girlfriend and her toddler loved. Location is pretty central to all the places I would visit and is only 7 minutes from downtown! Would stay again next time I’m back in town!

Comfortable and cozy home with everything we needed! Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and pillows. The host checked in to be sure all was well. We enjoyed using the big coffee table for board games.

Your home was easy to find and less than 10 minutes to downtown and the University campus. A hot water issue was quickly resolved. The house was clean and there was parking for several cars. I’ll certainly use again.

This was a great location. Local to everything in Fredericksburg VA. The house was on a busy road, a little noisy, but great parking access. Very considerate host. Had lots of extras for renters.

Convenient to downtown

We needed 3 bedrooms close to downtown, very hard to find in F'burg VRBOs or other. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Host communications were swift, thorough, and friendly.

Cute Haven

Super cute and very clean. Great size for a family. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with any extra's you might need. Convenient location to university and hospital. It is on a busy road, but we didn't have any problems getting in and out and the road noise wasn't too bad. Would definitely stay here again!
