Welcome to our one-bedroom, one-bath apartment nestled in a single-family home with two additional vacation rentals. Each unit boasts a private entrance and shares a convenient laundry room.

This beautifully remodeled 1910 home in the University District of Missoula reflects its original charm. The cozy primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and nightstand, with a full bathroom offering a walk-in shower.

Relax in the living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy gatherings on the front porch.

Please note the shared stackable washer and dryer are located externally. Within two blocks, explore downtown attractions, parks, and local favorites.

Just three blocks from the University of Montana campus and a short walk to Washington Grizzly Stadium. Access the River Trail for biking or walking across the street.

Kindly be aware that the home's age results in uneven floors, potentially challenging for those with mobility impairments. Experience Missoula's charm from this unique and centrally located abode.

Close to everything

Cozy little house close to everything. The floors are unlevel which added to the charm. The bed was comfortable, the closets huge, parking is on the street but always available. I loved that it was so close to some great coffee shops and bakeries on the hip strip. I enjoyed my stay in this house and would stay here again.

Weekend in missoula

This was a perfect property for a weekend in Missoula. Easy to walk everywhere. Ample street parking. The unit itself was very comfortable clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful stay!

This was a great place to stay on our trip to Missoula. Very walkable to campus, downtown, restaurants, and the Saturday farmer's market. It was clean, cool and comfortable. Enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning. Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was the best location - we were able to walk to the Pink concert at Wa-Griz and not have to worry or deal with parking and traffic! We were also a short walk to downtown as well. We could not have asked for a cleaner and more comfortable place to stay with great communication throughout. Thanks again and we will definitely be back!

Great place/excellent location

We stayed here for 5 nights to go to concerts & it was FAB. Cute little apartment (the main floor of the home) right near Higgins & lots of shops. Walkable to UM campus, downtown, the river trail... No AC, but lots of fans & it stayed cool inside in the 90+ heat. We'd absolutely stay here again!

University Area Charmer

Conveniently located, nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings and dishware/utensils and appliances. Plenty of supplies for daily living. I really appreciated all the local Montana artwork in the home. This is spacious and accommodating if you have visitors. In walking distance to the University and downtown!

Nice apartment for a visit to see UMT child...

My husband and I stayed here while we were visiting our daughter who is at UMT. Everything was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and a larger space than what is portrayed in the pictures. Our only change would be to add a loveseat or a couple of chairs in the living room because our daughter and friends stopped by to visit and they had to sit on the floor.

I really enjoyed my stay here much like last year! It’s a great location and the amenities and spaciousness really lend themselves to being very comfortable. I was able to have guests over to visit a couple of times and proximity to downtown and the University is definitely a plus. I want to add that I appreciate it that you change the requirement to remove the bedding before I left. I know I made a comment about that so to see that you responded and change that really shows that you care about your guests. The space feels very solid and safe and homey, really comfortable and I appreciate the nice decor touches! Well done! Clean home in lively University district

Very nicely remodeled and clean home. Spacious for two people. 5th street is very busy with traffic during the day, but the bedroom is away from the street and traffic becomes quiet at night. Parking was easy, and even during a major concert on campus, only had to park a couple blocks away. Would stay here again!
