We arrived on and there was no bedding, the places was dirty and disgusting. It took 4 hours for them to get house keeping back to clean the place and make the beds. We notified them the coffee pot was broken and the kettle had rust in it. We never received replacements even asking multiple times for it. We cleaned all the dishes because things where put away dirty. They taped up the window screens and the blinds where broken.

Loved the location of this property and how close to the ski hill it was. It was clean and very well stocked with everything you would need for your stay! Would highly recommend!

Too warm

Check in was a little crazy with us being a little early and getting a last minute message that checkin had to be moved to later b/c delay with cleaning. Couldn’t find the unit on our own w/given address but once checked in at the check-in building it was no problem. The unit was lovely but we happened to be there during a heat wave. With no AC & an apparent heat source right under this unit, we were very uncomfortable with an inside temp at 94F. With fans on full blast and window open at night, it barely got into the High 80’s! A portable AC and extra fans would have helped some but the massive radiant heat below would still make it extra hot!

great location

Quick two days during the week. Location is excellent. Easy ski in ski out. Unit is clean, two large bedrooms. Overlooks the hot tub, so a little bit of noise in evenings but not bad at all. Bring your own lock for the ski lockers. As advertised. Owner was responsive.

Enjoyed our stay

Awesome location! Loved the underground parking and proximity to the ski hill. We could hear our upstairs neighbours more than we hoped the second night, and the main hot pools were not working, but we still really enjoyed our stay. Very nice property.

Great place! Clean, convenient and cozy

Perfect place for a weekend away or ski weekend. Condo is well equipped and has everything you could need. Great location to hill, hot pools and the restaurants. Communication was fantastic and they ensured our stay was comfortable. Love the hill, will be back.

Comfortable and Clean!

We enjoyed our stay here over the Canada Day weekend. The unit was clean and the beds were very soft comfortable. The unit was as advertised. One thing to not if you are travelling to Pano in the summer, none of the buildings have AC. In this unit the patio was shaded and much cooler than others so we really appreciated that. Thanks for the great stay, we would look to book again in our winter trip!
