On the ground floor the house offers you a beautiful living/dining room, a glazed terrace with access to the open-air terrace and the pool, a high-quality fitted kitchen with breakfast area and utility room, as well as a double bedroom with shower en-suite. Via the internal staircase you reach the upper floor. Here there is a second double bedroom with shower-bath and a large terrace with beautiful views of the city and the sea.
