Pine Knoll Townes is centrally located in Pine Knoll Shores which gives easy access to attractions and events on either end of Bogue Banks. This oceanfront complex sits perpendicular to the ocean and offers parking for two vehicles and an outdoor swimming pool for your enjoyment. Condo 2 is a townhouse-style, smoke-free condo and is conveniently located next to the outdoor pool.

The bottom level of the townhouse has a well-equipped kitchen with all major and small appliances, including a stack washer and dryer. You will also find a half bath and a living room/dining room combo. The dining area gives your family a table with seating for six so everyone can sit together! You will also find more than enough seating for the whole family to gather in front of the flat panel TV to enjoy a show or watch a DVD. The patio is a great spot for a fun family picnic!

On the top level, you will find the sleeping quarters and a full bath. The principal bedroom promises the head of the house a restful night in a queen bed. The principal bedroom also offers a private TV and a private balcony with a great ocean view! The second bedroom offers the family the comfort of one double bed and one twin bed.

Be sure to tell the family it’s okay to bring their laptops, netbooks or other electronics because this condominium also offers free WiFi. You can upload your favorite family pictures and make everyone back home envious of your vacation!

Because we are so happy to have you here, we’ll even provide a one-time set up of bed, bath, and kitchen linen. Your beds will be made when you arrive. All you need to bring is your beach towels. It’s time for you to enjoy your vacation!

Great stay steps from the beach.

Great community and access to the beach

The place is nothing fancy, but is part of a friendly community, is steps from a pool, and just a few more steps to the beach. The ease of getting to the beach and pool makes it the perfect spot for my family to stay for a beach vacation.

Beautiful home

Lovely home with all the little extras to make your stay comfortable. Just steps away from the beach and the location to restaurants, the aquarium and shops are only minutes away. Always a great experience!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Honestly thought this was going to be a scam but it was honestly perfect. Washer & dryer came in super handy. Exactly 31 steps to the beach! Pool was a little too hot to swim (probably as hot as a hot tub).

A great family vacation spot

I love that the home is directly next to the pool and just steps from the beach. The home has just the right amount of amenities to make it comfortable for the week. The view of the ocean from the deck off of one of the bedrooms is really nice.

Wonderful retreat...

Love the location and only steps away from the beach. Clean and nice litter touches are added. Garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and shampoos and soaps.

Had a great vacation but some things need fixed.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Updates are fantastic. Great amount of cook wear and the box fans in the bedrooms and beach chairs were a great bonus. However the condensation under the kitchen sink and adjoining cabinets contained a lot of mildew on the appliances and a good amount of sitting water in the garbage can and cabinets. Called maintenance and they were right out as I thought the sink was leaking. They also came to look at the dryer as it is on its last leg. Would have to dry one small load 4 times and still had to hang over chairs to dry. Took wet clothes home with us.

Location, Location, Location is fantastic

I've been staying many years at a number of the Condo's at PKS, and always prefer the units closest to the Ocean, and this was the case here, the nice part about this particular unit #2 in Phase 1 is that the backside deck & patio are more private than the others because it faces the dunes and the east to watch the sunrise each day, a bonus ! Other than that it was reasonably clean, although it could use some updates, and the toilet in the half bath downstairs needs to be reset as it moves a bit, other than that it was a great vacation and we would certainly consider this unit again in the future !

Easy breezy seaside stay

This stay exceeded our expectations !! The beach is literally steps from your door, and the water was clear and warm. Dinner every night on the balcony upstairs overlooking the sea was heavenly ! We will be returning next year I hope.

Quiet Place

The location wasn’t really close to stores but that’s not an issue for me. The townhouse was clean and exactly like the pictures shown. The beach was beautiful. The parking should be explained better than it was described. You receive a parking pass with a number on it but that doesn’t mean you park in that number. Encountered a few self proclaimed parking police asking us to move our vehicles or threatening to have it towed.

Serious Downgrade

We've booked this townhouse several times over ~25 years, but due to pandemic have not traveled from NY down to NC for about the last 3 years. We had always been very pleased with the condition and amenities available and especially the townhouse's location next to the beach. There were several issues I wish to relate and will do on the next page. (which doesn't want to come up!) 1. To start with, the entrance lock was frozen, presumably due to saltwater. This would imply no one had been into the facility for some time. 2. The knob to turn on the washing machine was stripped, requiring us to purchase a pair of pliers in order to use it 3. All indoor, door latches were loose. I used a screwdriver to tighten them... 4. Most annoying, one of the two 'drop-down' blinds on the downstairs sliding glass door was broken and could not be raised, thereby cutting down the view and natural light. 5. One of the more annoying issues was that the queen sized bed that had been in the master bedroom had been replaced by a double size bed. 6. Wall paint chipped off in several places.
