Cocoonr agency offers this beautiful and bright flat for rent in a secure residence, located on the 5th and top floor, accessible by lift. Completely renovated and furnished, with a friendly atmosphere, located between the Chartrons district and the Bassin Ă Flot, 10 minutes from the center of Bordeaux, near Place Ravezie and the Quays, you will have a private parking space in the residence at the bottom of the building.
This flat is fully furnished and equipped so that all you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy all the comforts for an unforgettable stay. Le Charme d'Antan can accommodate up to 3 people.
The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room with a sofa bed (a partition allows you to close off this space if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed)
- A comfortable dining room
- A fully equipped separate kitchen: refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and numerous utensils
- A double size bedroom (140x190 bed)
