Newly furnished, five bedroom home with two full baths can accommodate 10 guests. Open kitchen and dining area. Large living, family & mud rooms. Large 26.8 cf refrigerator. Huge deck with six burner grill, two large picnic tables and nice yard. Parking for five cars and small boat trailer. Outdoor shower and hose. Quarter mile to fishing area and boat ramp on Narrow River. Half mile to kayak and paddle board rentals. Five minute drive to Narragansett Town Beach, sea wall and shops. Close to Newport & state beaches. Great house for extended family. This quiet Narrow River Watershed Neighborhood boasts quick and easy access to many of Rhode Islands beautiful beaches, while offering the conveniences of downtown Wakefield and adventures to Block Island and Newport.
Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
