This house has beautiful water views of Narragansett Bay located in Bonnet shores. Truly a family vacation getaway. Two huge decks for outside entertaining and a great private backyard. Craftmanship at its finest, gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances with a 7 ft granite island. This luxurious home is immaculate condition and exceptional interior design by a designer. 3rd floor large family room features a wet bar, large smart LED TV, desk and large deck with stunning views. Including central air condition and a generator that fully powers the whole house. We provide high end linens and pillows to make your stay more enjoyable. This home is never rented to college student or long term renters.
***Please note this house is pet and smoke free. *** Beach passes are not available to Bonnet Shores Beach Club. House not for parties or gathering for more than 8 people .

Great place to stay!

We had such a great time. The house was great - lots of space to hang out, amazing decks to spend time outside, comfy beds and couches, and a great kitchen. There were some restaurants nearby and Newport was only about a 25-minute drive. The neighborhood was walkable and the homeowners were great to work with. We would happily stay here again if we come back.

The Best House In Bonnet By Far

We are a family that comes to Bonnet year after year and rented many different houses. Unfortunately, we have often been underwhelmed by the care and comfort of the houses we rent. THIS house is the overwhelming exception. Gorgeous, clean/cared for, stocked like home, amazing location and views...basically everything we could wish for...perfection. The owners are an absolute delight who we hope to keep in contact with in the future. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Terrace Drive hits Narragansett!

Wow! What an AMAZING house! Beautifully decorated, pristine from the 3rd floor deck (with incredible views) to the basement! Fully stocked with everything we needed and more! We frequently rent vacation homes and we were blown away with your high-quality, classy home. 64 What Cheer definitely tops our short list of homes to return to! Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was the perfect location for our overdue reunion with our long-time, childhood friends from ‘Terrace Drive’!

Law School Graduation Gathering

Planning a celebration from a distance is no easy task but this location ended up exceeding my expectations and was the perfect place! The home is lovely and well equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and well organized. It's a lovely space. The neighborhood was peaceful and enjoyable to walk and run even in the ran. I loved meditating on the upper deck and our family enjoyed the comfortable seating and large TV's. Marisa was wonderful to communicate with. We had a very special event to celebrate, and this home added to the great memories we made.
