The flat includes a cozy bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a well-designed bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a warm living room featuring a 130x190 sofa bed.
A dedicated workspace is also available, ideal for remote work or planning your days with ease.
For your comfort, the apartment offers a full set of amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, oven, kettle, and coffee machine.
Bed linen and towels are provided, so you can settle in and feel at home right away.
The neighborhood is very peaceful â the access path is only used by residents, ensuring a quiet atmosphere.
Public transport is easily accessible: metro line 7 is just 10 minutes away, tram line T9 is also nearby, and Porte dâItalie can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.
