Directly overlooking Main st, you are in the middle of all the action. Walk to Bon Secour Arena, the Peace Center, Fluor Field, the waterfall and suspension bridge at Falls Park. And more!

A short drive away: Clemson, Furman, NGU, Wofford, for sports. Nearby lakes, Keowee, Hartwell, and Jocassee, are great for fishing and boating.

Suite A is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, retail, specialty shops. You are perched above bustling Main Street in the historic 103 year old Cauble Commons building, a marketing showpiece for downtown revitalization. No elevator.

Suite A features an 18ft ceiling, Heart pine floors. City views. Safe and secure, with a door code required for entry into the building.

Enjoy a full kitchen. Two full bathrooms. King bed in loft area. The extra large windows are great for people watching! Because of the open loft concept, the unit is not recommended for families with very young children. Although, Please, contact me about your family stay. No pets, though. No smoking. No parties. Thank you.

Professionally cleaned with detailed sanitizing and disinfecting of the unit. Additional cleaning products, and disinfectants are provided.

No on-premise parking, although, limited street parking is available. Richardson street Garage, a two minute walk, is across the street (pay to park). Parking on Main st is free after 4pm Friday through Monday at 10am. (Special events excluded, signs will be posted).

Brought my wife to Greenville for her Birthday weekend. Great little condo with access to all the things. Very clean. We hade a great weekend and great place to stay!

Great Location in Greenville

Clean, safe location which looks out onto North Main Street. Walkable to most everything you would want to do. We did drive to the zoo but we could have walked there and back but had other things to do. The host was super accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Great location in the middle of Main Street. Host was responsive. Parking is either on the street or in a public garage a short walk away. Keep in mind Main Street can be very busy and loud on weekend nights.

Anniversary Trip

It was a beautiful well appointed property in a wonderful location in close proximity to virtually all points of interest. The property owner was super attentive to our needs. Will definitely stay there again.

Property is fantastic. Located in THE HEART of downtown Greenville, within walking distance of all the finest restaurants in Greenville. Also, the linens on the bed were scrumptious. Look forward to staying with you next year for the SEC when the ladies Gamecocks play and win again.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

We brought our bikes and rode the Swamp Rabbit Trail on Sat & Sun. Gorgeous trails with plenty of rest stops along the way. Loved staying on Main Street. We parked in the free deck and walked everywhere. So many restaurants! Thank you again.

Location location location

You cannot beat the location! Host was quick to help with checkin and the home was accommodating. The view to Main Street was beautiful. It does get a bit noisy from the bar across the street late at night but it was worth the noise for the location. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in shower. We really enjoyed our experience.

Great stay with great location

Great location right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants with a short walk to the Reedy River and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The apt is well appointed and very clean. Heidi the owner was readily available for any questions and helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Elegant and fabulous!

We loved our stay because it was in the heart of downtown Greenville. We had so much fun going to the outdoor community events and farmer's market. The restaurants were amazing and only short, scenic walks away! The check in was easy and the host had thought of every accommodation. The decor was impressive and we enjoyed every comfort during our stay. Thank you and we plan to revisit!

Pretty cool loft in the middle of the city

If you are a city dweller this is your place! Greenville is a wonderful little city and this would be a perfect place for a romantic getaway, especially for the holidays! The host was available by text right at 4pm (no sooner). There appears to be a nice surround sound system installed but it does not seem to work - it was no listed as an amenity so no big deal although Alexa was listed in our welcome info and it did not seems to exist. The reason for the 4 stars is this place needs a serious deep cleaning- there is thick dust behind everything and my sinuses were plugged up the entire time. If the long standing dust is removed then this place would be spot on!!

Location, location, location!

Lovely loft apartment is truly in the center of everything in historic downtown Greenville. We literally parked once at the nearby parking garage and didn't move our car for a week. Check-in was easy, and any questions we had were quickly resolved by our hostess, Heidi. Highly recommend!

Home away from home right in the heart of downtown!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend celebrating our anniversary in May. The location is absolutely PERFECT! We parked in the lot (very inexpensive), and walked everywhere. Heidi is VERY responsive and attentive. She gave wonderful recommendations as well. We would very highly recommend a stay! We were absolutely delighted with our visit. Thank you Heidi, for everything!

The place is absolutely amazing and the location is perfect!! Right in the heart of downtown. Heidi went above and beyond and made the process so seamless and easy! Lovely apartment

We’ve been to Greenville many times and have stayed in other VRBO and hotel options.. This listing caught my eye as it is nestled in the middle of Main Street. I would have given it a complete 5 star rating yet feel a few things are worth mentioning about the space for those considering it. First, it is on the second floor as mentioned in the description, yet what isn’t mentioned is there is NO elevator in the building to access the second floor. Second, it is across from a rooftop bar/restaurant

Enjoy Downtown Greenville!

We booked this property for an extended weekend stay. Having never explored Greenville, we thought staying downtown would be a great option. This property did not disappoint. RIGHT DOWNTOWN. Walking distance to many attractions. Swamp Rabbit Trail/Falls Park on the Reedy River is a MUST! Very close to restaurants and shopping as well. The accommodations were very comfortable, modern and clean. Amenities are just as described and give the flexibility to dine in or out. The property owner (Heidi) is very responsive to questions. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask and within minutes we had a reply. This area boasts many upscale hotel properties. This property gives you the feeling of living downtown at a rate that is more "manageable" than that of the hotels. If you want to experience downtown Greenville, book this property. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Heidi. We had a fabulous stay.
