Ideal location even if you don’t have a boat you have your own dock to hang out on. A short walk down to the dock. Nice cabin with a relaxing vibe.

Pretty awesome place on the lake. Great space for families. House had everything we needed. We were not fully prepared for the party crowd on Saturday, no fault of the property or host. Just a location on Grand thing.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. We especially loved spending time at the dock in our fun little cove—it was such a fun part of the experience. We loved how the three main bedrooms had attached bathrooms, the main living area was perfect for our big family and the decks were wonderful to sit at for mourning breakfast and evening drinks.

This house fit our needs well as 2 families with kids. The kitchen is well stocked. The dock is nice and well-maintained. It is good to note that you can't get to the walkway to the dock from the decks. We aired up all of our floats on the deck, but then had to carry them through the house to get to the dock. We had only enough towels for one per guest. A few extra towels would have been nice. Also, we couldn't find any bath floor mats so the bathroom floors were wet, and we didn't have any extra towels to use. Overall, we really enjoyed this house. Shelly was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Hey Lydia! Appreciate the review and rating. Guess I’m confused on the bath mat situation though, all 3 full baths have bath mats in them unless they were moved somewhere during your stay.

This was an amazing getaway it was perfect. We celebrated my daughters bachelorette party with her bridal party. This cabin fit us perfectly with all of the room downstairs. Everyone slept comfortably and there was plenty of room in the Livingroom and kitchen for us to hang out. The communication was excellent. The cabin was easy to find. Thank you for making this evening special for my daughter with the wonderful cabin at dripping springs.

Great Lake Trip!

This property was amazing. Check in process was extremely smooth, house was very clean and organized. The view and dock was awesome! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay at Grand Lake.

Huge party cove!!First let me say the house was beautiful, and exactly as pictured. My large family fit nicely and had a great time!Con
 we were unaware this particular cove has a huge party every Saturday. 20 boats lined up 5 ft off this dock, tied together, and blasted music the entire day!!!!We came to relax and be with family. We brought a slide and boat etc. we were unable to even be at the dock all day due to this huge party. The kids couldn’t swim and we couldn’t fish. The boaters had so many floaties and took up so much room when we tried to get out with our boat we had to get the police involved just so we could back out because they wouldn’t move. The same happened trying to return. The entire cove was open so I’m not sure why they set up right at this dock but the police said this is an every weekend thing and there’s nothing they can really do. I don’t believe this is the owners fault but definitely something that needs disclosed. Being stuck inside our entire Saturday was a huge waste of money.

Great location, spacious

We had such a great stay here with a large group of friends. House was very clean and the location is perfect for swimming and boat watching. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook as well.
