The natural resources of the Pacific Coast and modern infrastructure come together perfectly at this three bedroom townhome in the Rancho Villarreal Jacarandas Condominiums. Rancho Villarreal, a beautiful gated community, is wonderfully located only 4 miles from Tamarindo Beach and the energetic Downtown Tamarindo where you can dine and shop to your hearts desire!
Newly constructed and fully equipped with all the amenities and ultra stylish furnishings of home, you will find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable extended stay. The home also includes access to walking trails & two swimming pools, with the newest pool just steps outside the beautiful townhome which includes 4 BBQ stations with tables and outside sinks conveniently located at the pool area for your groups outside dining enjoyment.
Inside the home, big windows let in lots of natural light and the updated stainless steel appliances ensure you feel right at home with all the modern comforts you could need. Stay cool at night with AC & fans in all 3 bedrooms and the living room area. Enjoy a cup of local coffee or tea & if you desire, enjoy Yoga & stretch your body out on your private spacious patio before you take off for the day!
