Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in the heart of Annecy and just a few metres from the lake, this superb luxury walk-through flat located on the 10á” floor of a secure residence.
Bathed in light thanks to its open architecture, it offers a unique 360° panoramic view of the lake and Annecy castle and is composed as follows:
Living room:
- Lounge area with corner sofa, flat-screen TV (Netflix included), speaker and uninterrupted view of the lake.
- Cosy dining area with table for 6.
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, crockery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue machine).
- Direct access to a sunny terrace with round table (4 people) and outdoor lounge offering panoramic views of the lake.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom n°1: queen-size bed (160x200), TV, speaker, air-conditioning, en-suite shower room with washbasin and access to castle-view terrace.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190), storage space, air-conditioning, en-suite shower room with washbasin and access to terrace with chĂąteau view.
- Separate WC
- Laundry area with washing machine, Dyson hoover, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- Terraces on both sides of the flat offering exceptional light and 360° views (lake on one side, chùteau and mountains on the other).
- Secure residence with gated parking.

- Air conditioning, fibre internet, washing machine, private and secure parking, bike room, washing machine dryer, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

The flat is ideally located in Annecy, less than 5 minutes' walk from the lake and beach.

Transport :
- The regular SIBRA bus routes, with a stop located nearby, make it easy to reach the shores of the lake (around 15 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, the flat has a private car park.

- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
