Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent Le Majésté 4, a bright flat in a prime location opposite the Impérial Palace in Annecy.
Just a stone's throw from the Impérial beach, a 10-minute walk from the Petit Port and less than 20 minutes from the historic centre, this flat is the ideal place to discover Annecy and make the most of the lakeside, whether you're travelling with family or friends.
-- - The residence is currently undergoing an energy renovation programme until the end of November 2026. No direct work is planned before spring 2026, but some occasional noise or visual disturbances may occur. The condominium's car parks will not be accessible during the works (paid parking nearby: Sainte-Bernadette and Impérial).---
Set on the 4ᵉ floor of a secure residence with badge access, the flat offers a bright and pleasant atmosphere, as well as an unobstructed view of the mountains. Depending on the time of year, you may even be able to see the lake from its large windows.
The flat comprises
Living room :
- A light-filled, friendly living room with a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area for 4 and a cosy lounge with corner sofa and suspended connected TV.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen-size bed (160x190 cm), ample storage space and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190 cm).
- Separate WC
Please note: access to the shower room is only from bedroom 1.
The flat can be rented at the same time as the 1st floor apartment "Le Majésté 1", allowing a total capacity of 6/7 people.
Additional facilities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus lines 5, 14, l and N pass through this stop. Line 5 provides easy access to the city centre (around 10 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport can be reached in around 39 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you are coming by car, a car park is available at the foot of the residence.
Spaces are not allocated and availability is therefore not guaranteed. In the event of unavailability, there are several public car parks nearby.
