Welcome to Honey Bear Den! Our beautiful 2 story cabin is located in desirable Chalet Village, just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain National Park, a and 20 minutes to Dollywood.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.
NO Pets allowed at any time.
NO parties are permitted.

The main floor has a living room with Smart TV, fireplace, comfortable double size sleeper sofa, kitchen, Dining table for 8,1/2 bathroom, and king size bedroom with attached full bath.

The lower level has a Game room with 3000 game arcade, air hockey table, smart TV, several board games, Full bathroom, Two Queen bedrooms, Washer and Dryer, and a Second living room area with a double size sleeper sofa. On our two tiered deck there is a hot tub that seats 4 people and ample seating to enjoy the view.

Check In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in nor late check-out. We do not allow check-ins or check-outs on holidays.

Security Camera: There is a security camera on the front of the cabin in place for your protection.

Bears- There are active black bears near the cabin. Please do not feed or approach the bears. Do not leave food in vehicles and keep vehicle doors and cabin doors locked. We are not responsible for any damage due to wildlife.

A wonderful layout for family

The layout of this cabin was the perfect fit for us! My mom & dad, sister, husband and I had a fantastic time. The hosts were very responsive anytime we reached out to them. There was a lot of bear activity but we kept our vehicles locked and free of food so we had no problems. We really enjoyed watching them. The roads are very steep & winding but that was expected. Location is convenient to Gatlinburg and the park. We enjoyed this well stocked cabin and would certainly stay again!

Spring Break ‘25

This was the 3rd time that we have stayed at this amazing cabin. It never disappoints! Great location, well kept and very comfortable for our family of 4. It’s a little slice of heaven up in the Smokey Mountains! We highly recommend this cabin!

Amazing

The most amazing trip. Hosts were amazingly helpful. We were stuck in the cabin due to snow but the hosts helped so much with who would deliver and status of the roads, etc. There was no question unanswered. Beautiful and very clean cabin

Family Vacation

Quick trip with a Bear visit

First off, it’s a wonderful cabin. We don’t love the location as we prefer to be in a more secluded and less populated area but that was the only miss about the place. Great floor plan, and hosts were very helpful on checkin and dropping an extra car off early. The main event happened around 9:30p when a bear broke into our car and destroyed the inside. Memory maker! All this to say, make sure you lock your car and don’t leave any food whatsoever in your car!!

We really enjoyed this cabin! We loved the cabin feel of all the wood. It was very clean. We liked that the cabin was at a higher elevation so we could look out at the views and other cabins in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible

We were more than pleased with the property that we chose. The accommodations were perfect. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and had all the comforts of home, literally. We purchased groceries and everything else was provided that we needed. The washer and dryer was a nice addition. The hot tub was utilized multiple times as was the community pool. Last but not least the view was spectacular! Our Grandkids even commented on that. My youngest granddaughter when asked what was the highlight said seeing the bears. That was truly incredible. We all enjoyed it so much. Being able to all stay together and not be separated in hotel rooms was what made the whole trip. THANK YOU!

Excellent stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. We have been to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg several times over the years and this was our first time staying in a cabin as a family. It was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teens. They enjoyed the air hockey, Ms. PAC Man and the hot tub. The location was good. Right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and too far up the mountain. Cabin was clean and well stocked to meet our needs. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable

Gatlinburg Getaway

This cabin was PERFECT for our spring break getaway. With two adults and two tweens, we had just enough room. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the air hockey table, video games, and hot tub. The adults enjoyed having enough space to break away from time to time. The cabin was clean and close to nearly everything. We had a great stay!!! Highly recommend this cabin...

Spring Break in the mountains

I absolutely loved this cabin. It is a newer property and it was very clean and inviting. My kids and wife also loved it. It is very close to all the attractions in the area. I did see a bear the first night i stayed there, i was actually hoping for that. I would recommend this cabin to everybody.

Spring break 2024

With my oldest son graduating in May and the recent passing of my father in February- we needed this vacation. The cabin was perfectly located, beautifully decorated and immaculate. My boys enjoyed their separate rooms not to mention the air hockey and arcade games. Would Highly recommend and will be renting again in the future.

A Little Slice of Heaven

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property and it didn’t disappoint! We would highly recommend it to family & friends. Beautiful and spacious cabin with an awesome view. It’s conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with easy access to both! This will be our go to place to stay when visiting the Smoky Mountains.

Gatlinburg 2023

Our stay at Honeybear was great. The location was perfect as it was very quick to get to either pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The games were a hit with the kids and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin provided everything we needed to make a wonderful stay, and the host was easy and quick to respond back to communication.
