Superb with a roomy & clean area. Located in a comfortable area to walk and shop by no matter how we are not the inner city residents. Cool to see many dog walkers and joggers on the sidewalks. There are three food stores nearby along H St. We will recheck with it again whenever we are in DC.There s minor flaws and we wrote a note to let the owner know how to improve. No big deal!We are glad with VRBO on how they handled for us. Thanks!!!! Chas & Marilyn of The Villages, FL.

Gillade inte: Kommunikation
Convenient location. Walkable area. Amenities good. House overall was great. Did not appreciate early (6am ish) screaming toddler along with continuous stomping above us. Also had trouble with the keyless pad (could not lock door as we were leaving ) and did not get support from owner. No one followed up; we were told something to the effect of- It’s a safe neighborhood; don’t worry about it.Other than that, it’s a decent place to stay. Just plan on waking early and take your valuables with you.Hopefully the keyless pad will be fixed before your visit.

The apartment was clean and well kept. Parking was available but not always on the same block as the apt if you moved your car, but we walked most of the time. Perfect place if you don’t mind getting up about 6 am with their child upstairs.

Great stay!

We had a great stay with our two teen daughters. The place was clean, communication with Caity was easy, and the location was convenient. We utilized the Whole Foods around the corner multiple times and loved Union Market nearby. Would stay again!

All terrific. Very responsive host to any questions. Sweet kiddos live upstairs so a bit of normal children-noise, but music to my ears only in morning and early evening. Not an issue at all. I didn’t have a car to park. Neighborhood is sweet w plenty shopping and public transportation available. Union station (Metro train, Amtrak, bus hub) up the hill a handful of blocks, very convenient. I’d happily return to this location if I were to return to DC.

Great stay close to H Street

Great house to stay for a few days. Close to H Street and the Atlas District with Union station about 12 minutes away by foot for easy access to the rest of DC! Thanks Caity for letting 18 year olds stay at your house, it wasn’t easy to find somewhere we could stay :)
