Superb, cozy 100 mÂČ chalet located in a quiet neighborhood, on the heights of the village of Les Angles.

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
You will also find a spacious living area including a lounge with a television, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fondue set, raclette set, etc.).
The living room features a pellet stove, a perfect place to enjoy a cozy atmosphere after a day of skiing or hiking. This bright room opens onto a large terrace offering breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Matemale, the village of Les Angles, and the surrounding mountain range.
Upstairs, the chalet features two beautiful bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 cm bed and offering superb views of the lake.
A bathroom, a separate toilet, a laundry area, and a relaxation area with a sofa bed complete this level.
This chalet combines comfort, charm, and modernity. It is ideal for your summer or winter vacations, with family or friends, to share unforgettable moments in the mountains.
Two parking spaces are located next to the chalet.
You will have access to a detached garage to store your equipment (skis, bikes, etc.).
