The best house for a family with two teenagers. The kids had their own wing of the house, so the adults had privacy. The heated pool was amazing too

The host was friendly, provided all the info needed to inform us of all check-in and check-out instructions and amenities on the property. The house was very clean, neat, and in order (just as pics presented online). Nice, quiet neighborhood. Private pool was wonderful and paying extra to have pool heated made the experience welcoming and cozy. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. We had a great time! I definitely recommend this property and would stay again! :)

The house was everything I usually search for while looking to rent. Modern ranch style with high ceilings, bright airy open concept, no carpet, king & queen beds, shower stall, newer faucets, taller toilets, and a washer & dryer. Just like home! The pool was a perk.

This was one of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed in. It was obviously well cared for.The house is very comfortable and has lots of space. I was surprised by some of the amenities that made it feel like home. The pool was very clean and was nicely heated. There was plenty to do on our down days, which made it relaxing. The house is close to a lot of attractions, which is always a plus. The host is very quick to respond to any question or concern, which made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s house. We would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Solterra villa. The location was in easy access to parks and other tourist destinations. The community felt really safe and the villa doesn't feel overlooked from the other properties. The pool space was great and the deck got the sun all day. Everything was really clean and our communication with Lynn and Scott was excellent throughout. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property

My family stayed here for a week while visiting the parks in the area, and it was fantastic. The listing was just as described, very clean, and had everything a family of 6 needed. The pool and community resort were a major plus. The property owner, Lynn, was amazing! She responded quickly and was very informative!
