The house and location was perfect. Wish there was a screen for pool and outdoor area, couldn’t enjoy that area early on the morning or about 5 pm due to the mosquitos.

Close to beach

Our family ranged from 8 months to 81 years young. Overall we had a wonderful week of family time and were grateful to have the space to spend time together in FL. Pros:• close to beach - down a street, through a forest area path to a private wide beach - you won’t find many tourists here!• wagon, pool floats, bikes, and beach chairs and toys• 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms - space to spread out - 2 queen bedrooms on main floor with Jack n Jill bathroom and 1 step down shower• pack and play and high chair available, and a baby (or pet) gate installed at bottom of steps• private pool with shower area to rinse off sand• kitchen well stocked for cooking• comfortable beds• Beautiful artwork throughout• simple checkout process• Screened in front porch with sitting areaCons• pool depth - while there is a one foot ledge along the long edge of one side of pool, the pool is 4’ deep at the shallow end and goes deeper pretty quickly (up to 9’) - if you have younger kids, this may not be the pool for you. The adults could only touch for the first 2-3 feet from the steps and there is not a handrail into the pool. • the family room and dining room furniture has been well used and some items are different than photos in listing (no rug, no soft coffee table)• main floor - large tile floor - beautiful, but not great for our younger kids• mosquitos and no see-ums - during our stay, mosquitos were out in force - on the path to beach and around the house. Be prepared with bug spray.

Great Stay

We had an excellent time in our visit. Very spacious accommodations. Plenty of parking space for two families with two boats! We enjoyed the close walk to the beach and quick access to the boat ramp. Great place!

Beautiful home close to the beach

the location is a few minutes walk to the beach; bikes and beach equipment available for use. the house is clean, and the owner responds quickly to any issues. the pool was large and well maintained. quite a nice location and we would rent again.

Family getaway

Very nice home. Heated pool was very relaxing. Short walk to a very quiet, sandy beach. 15 minute drive to marina and restaurant area of Fort Pierce. House was well stocked and comfortable.

Amazing!

This trip was our yearly family vacation and it was fantastic! The house was clean, spacious, and furnished wonderfully. The kids (and adults) LOVED the pool! We never had any issues but when I did messaged the owner he was always very responsive and polite. Have to say, 1 of, if not the best, places we’ve stayed. 100 stars! We most definitely return!

Big home near beach

Large older house a block from the beach. Dated decor with decent beds and nice linens. Neighborhood is a mix of older fixed up homes and some a bit run down . I was told the nieborhood is known as sufer ghetto . The heater was out in the home and owner was quick to get fixed the same day we reported.We had someone show up before check out unannounced to do some addtional work.House needs updating much of the furniture is scratched up and older..Overall we had a nice stay. 3 star imo.

Beach Thanksgiving

This beach house is fantastic! Just a short walk from a stunning beach, it offers a clean, spacious layout with a well-stocked kitchen that makes cooking a breeze. The house comes with plenty of beach chairs and toys for endless fun, plus a huge grill for outdoor cooking. Perfect for a fun, relaxing stay with family or friends!

It was a total R & R relaxation trip surrounded by nature

The overall house was beautiful. There were some issues and David, the host, was so nice, helpful and attentive. He got the maintenance man, Max, out immediately to rectify them. Max was also great, very nice and efficient. For a family of 8, we couldn’t get the ice maker to work which was no biggie. We bought ice bags from Publix when we picked up food. There weren’t enough lounge chairs around the pool for 8 people (only 4 lounge chairs) and 3 out of the 5 bikes had flats or the chains were rusted. The master bedroom upstairs did not have a king size bed. It was more like a double bed and it didn’t have a smart TV in that room. The pool itself was great as well as the BBQ. It was also nice having an outside bathroom by the pool. The walk to the beach was fun and it was very private. Overall we loved our stay and our family had a great time. It was a great R & R trip and would highly recommend it.

Hidden Gem

This marvelous house is huge! My family and I were more than comfortable. Each one had their own bedroom. My girls enjoyed having their own private jack and Jill bathroom. My little ones loved swimming in the pool. I personally enjoyed going to the beach (~3mi walk ). The water was warm and gorgeous and just a few people around enjoying the beach as well. I loved seeing the gopher tortoise walking around the mangrove. We were able to stay two extra days!!!! We were so grateful with David! I hope to come back here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Very large home, plenty of room for everyone. Pool was terrific. The location is the best, just steps to the beautiful beach and Ft. Pierce Inlet State Park.. Quiet area, not "touristy". Two sets of washer/dryers was a great bonus. Would love to stay there again.

Wonderful stay

We vacationed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The house is amazing and the beach is close and beautiful. The family loved spending time by the huge pool. We will stay here again!

Fanily beach vacation

The previous year we had an awesome stay at this property and everyone agreed to return due to the location, the pool and the property accommodation. This year we ran into an issue with the property not being ready for checkin. the owner was very responsive in responding right away and accommodating us to ensure we were able to have the same experience as our last stay. My kids and grandkids once again enjoyed and look forward to returning again.
