Welcome to the coastal retreat at Oceanwalk! This beautifully appointed center unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with easy elevator access to the 3rd floor. Step inside this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom oasis, where the master bedroom features a luxurious King bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with double vanities, a whirlpool tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms provide versatile sleeping arrangements, with one a Queen bed and the other featuring a twin over full size with twin trundle, perfect for family or friends. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The dining area comfortably seats six, and four additional chairs at the bar for extra guests, making it ideal for all occasions!

The WIFI access is free and private, reliable and fast. You have plenty of space to work from at the bar, table, living room or master bedroom desk area.
There are starter supplies with things such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. There is a Dollar market just a mile down the road and a Publix supermarket within 3 miles. Everything is very convenient to the location.
The home is equipped with Blink Camera doorbell that has audio and recording features, Wifi lock , Wifi Thermostat so that it's easy to help guests and for safety reasons. There is Wifi extender added to give better connectivity at the pool as well.
Refunds can be offered only in accordance with the cancellation policy under which you book. We highly recommend all guests obtain travel insurance that would cover you in case of emergency or change in plans.

I love the beach! Always have , always will. My happy place is on a beach with a book in my hand. I'm a Mom to 3 college age kids and married for 24 years. I work as an IT system analyst.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I would love for your family or friends to enjoy our place to relax and unwind. This property has so much to offer. It's very spacious with 1658 Sq foot. All furniture and bedding is brand new with quality things. I have put a lot of effort and time into purchasing things that I feel make this condo feel like "home". Wake up and walk out on the balcony to enjoy the sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee. Walk to the beach for a morning walk to see the sunrise or you can always join in the yoga class in the pool right out your front door! Rent a movie and reserve the theater for a Movie night. Take a stroll along the nature walk at the back of the property where you will see all sorts of wild life.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Covered parking for your automobile. Gated community with lots of amenities to choose from. Easy access to the quite NO Driving portion of the beach but close enough to get to downtown for nightlife and plenty of restaurants. Rent a golf cart to cruise the beach one day from downtown, take a quick trip to JB's fish camp for a kayak rental to see the manatees and last but not least check the spacex launch schedule to watch a rocket launch from the balcony or over at the beach! Very close to Disney , Universal , Blue Springs and so MUCH MORE.
