Family time away

Great location and the condo had everything we needed. Loved the courtyard area where our kids and cousins staying in another condo could safely run around and have fun. The pool was nice and the beach was easily accessible. We couldn’t figure out the internet but when you’re in Maui does internet really matter? We would stay again.

Overall, a really great stay. Property was exactly as described and really easy access to the beach. There were a lot of beach toys and cooler available as well.

Maui Thanksgiving

We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Sunset. The property is beautiful. Our one bedroom condo was very comfortable and included all the amenities we needed. The pool, putting green and BBQ area not to mention the fantastic beachfront made this a wonderful spot to spend the week.

Perfect location and amenities

This was our first trip to Maui, and I was very pleased with this condo. We spent so much time on the beach, in the pool and using the amenities. The space was perfect for our family of four. We found the kitchen to be fully stocked along with the beach toys. If we ever come back to Maui we will stay here again.

PERFECT Island getaway

Our initial impression was a huge WOW, B103 was better than advertised. The condo was clean, well appointed, and perfectly located. We will be back & have already had friends book the same unit for August.

Lovely first floor unit with so much extra to make our stay great.

Clean and stocked with everything for the beach. The kitchen has very nice appliances and well stocked dishes, pantry, and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed our ground floor unit very much!

Short Stay But We Will Be Back!

We could not have enjoyed ourselves more here at The Maui Sunset condo. Jill, the owner, was so nice to chat with and very accommodating. This place had EVERYTHING we needed and we spent lots of time relaxing on the Lanai and enjoying the outdoor area. It was a short walk/drive to the Kihei area but also easy to get down to Wailea and up to Makawao. We would definitely stay here again…Aloha!

Great Condo near our wedding venue

We were married at Gannon's in Wailea and choose this Condo as this was only 15 minutes away and we loved it and had a great time! Great location, beautiful grounds, on the beach and got the beach chairs and watched the Sunset each night which was beautiful!!! Jill was so kind and answered any question I had since we were traveling from California.

Beautiful suite in an amazing location!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful Christmas stay at Maui Sunset! The beautiful Oceanside suite was very clean with a modern well stocked kitchen. The unit is very roomy with plenty of storage for food and shopping nearby. Comfortable mattresses and linens were amazing after a busy day on the beach. The kids love the pool and green grass areas. It was our second stay in this unit and we can’t wait to go back!.

Great location

My daughter, mother and I stayed at this property for a week in July of 2021. The property and condo were well maintained and had all the amenities you would need. There was a Murphy bed and a hide-a-bed in the main area along with the queen bed in the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with most everything you would need to prepare meals. There were many beach going toys and chairs provided for use by the guest to include body boards and snorkel gear. The location was great! It is centrally located on the island so it is easy to get anywhere. The beach in front of the property was very nice. I would recommend this condo/location to my friends and family.

Perfect condo for our stay on Maui

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay in our condo at Maui Sunset. Jillian was an excellent host and the condo was just as advertised. The condo was clean, and included anything we needed for our stay. Free concert on Tuesday evenings with island renowned Eric Gilliam playing slack guitar & vocals with Vince on Ukulele were amazing!!!! Be sure your stay includes a Tuesday late afternoon stay to see these guys! The property is on a nice beach, property is well maintained, and the pool clean and not overcrowded. We enjoyed the putting green, Bocce ball, and shuffleboard on the property. The sunsets from the beach out front were stunning! We will be back, thank you for the amazing week, much Aloha ❤️🌈🍍🌺❤️

Great place, not a great beach

The property was lovely, the condo was comfortable and well stocked. The floors were pretty sandy but that was expected. The pool was warm (a nice treat). But the beach isn’t a place you’d just go sun bathe. It’s a quite a walk and has a lot of sticks and sea trash on it. Go early or later as it’s super windy mid day. The break is way out so Boogie boarding is hard to do. Not my favorite “beach” stay.

Home away from home!

First of all, this was an extension stay from a work trip that we were on at a resort on the West side of Maui - this was where we chose to extend our stay to experience more of Maui. Jill was thorough, communicative, called me the day of check in just to tell me about some fun attractions near us. The condo was perfect - had everything we could have possibly needed, was clean, and my boyfriend and I kept talking about how comfortable it was to be there! It really felt like a home away from home! Would highly recommend this for the ease of access to everything around, the beautiful grounds/pool, and the friendly office staff as well as Jill herself. Cool spot! Thanks Jill!

This place was great. Right on the beach, great pool, little things like coffee filters, etc. communication from Jill was awesome, gave cell to text her, couldn’t be more pleased. We stayed somewhere else on the island the last few days and the differences were astounding. This was my first experience with VRBO and it couldn’t have been better. Thanks Jill! Would love to come back and visit again. Very close and convenient to everything! Thank you! And the two AC’s were awesome. Nice to have for sure (only had one in the other spot and didn’t realize what a difference it makes!)

Lovely beachfront condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Sunset that is located on the shoreline. It is an older condo but had been updated and even though quite small it worked well for just the two of us. We enjoyed the lanai and the courtyard area with the well manicured lawns and the lovely landscaping and herb garden. I enjoyed walking along the beach in the morning. The unit itself had plenty of utensils/spices etc to do cooking although we did very little. We had a glitch with our check-in process but Jillian was apologetic. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and coolers but maybe a complete pickleball set would be nice. The unit was clean but could use a deep housecleaning of the tile grout and cupboards and under the bed. We loved our stay on Maui and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here 6 nights. Check in was easy. Arrived after hours and contacted the security guard, Joe, who was very nice and was able to provide us with a key. Overall condo was nice, older and could use some updating. Property was very nice and clean. Short walk to the beach and close to our favorite restaurant in Maui. Condo had pretty much everything we needed, kitchen and beach supplies. Plenty of parking, made it nice to park in front of the condo when bringing in luggage/supplies. If there was anything negative, I would have to say were the bath towels, they were old and hard. Cheap investment to keep your renters happy.
