This accommodation is located on Route de la Pointe, halfway between the countryside and the seaside. It enjoys a sought-after location due to its natural surroundings. 2,300 meters from the town center and a swimming pool, and 4,200 meters from the beach. It comprises:
- On the ground floor: an entrance hall with closet, a toilet, a large living room with sofa and television, a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and a utility room with washing machine. - Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140cm bed opening onto a balcony, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed opening onto a balcony, and a third bedroom with a 90cm bed (+ a baby bed), a bathroom with a bathtub and vanity sink, and a separate toilet. A garden with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and parasol. A parking space for vehicles.
Housekeeping is provided by the tenant. Linens are not available; linen rental is available from our partner: ID SERVICE. Electricity charges are extra during the off-season. Wi-Fi rental is available with a 5G router: âŹ40/week.
