The Cocoonr agency offers this air-conditioned duplex studio for rent in DĂ©nezĂ©-sous-DouĂ©. It has a surface area of 35 mÂČ and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Located on the first floor (no elevator), it consists of an 18 mÂČ living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a shared garden of approximately 400 mÂČ. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the first level:
- An 18 mÂČ living room with equipped kitchen (electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.) and dining area
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Duplex:
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140Ă190) and a sofa bed (one bed), TV
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed, plancha grill.
Outside:
- A shared 120 mÂČ terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared 400 mÂČ garden, fully fenced
The studio is ideally located in Dénezé-sous-Doué, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard (up to 2 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Angers, about 45 km away
- Nearest airport: Angers, about 48 km away
Other comments:
- Free WiFi included
- Sheets and towels included.
- Pets accepted, subject to a supplement of âŹ15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any requests to arrive or depart outside the specified times are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- A second 60 mÂČ cottage, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is also available for rent right next door.
