The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 30 mÂČ studio for rent in Saint-Ătienne, which can accommodate up to 3 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely living room, an equipped kitchenette, two sleeping areas on the mezzanine, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a courtyard with a terrace. Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette with: pod coffee machine, electric kettle, oven/microwave, hotplates, etc.
- A separate toilet
First mezzanine:

The studio is ideally located in Saint-Ătienne, in a pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Discover the local cuisine
- Visit various museums (Museum of Art and Industry, MAMC+, Mine Museum Park, etc.)
- Excursion to the Loire Gorges
- Pilat Regional Nature Park

If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby on the street or in the paid car park at City Hall.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:

- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry, approximately 80 km away
- Tram and bus departing from City Hall, a 5-minute walk away.
