Chalet Mitoyen - Solar Est
The Cocoonr agency offers you Chalet Solar for rent, a magnificent 4-star chalet that can comfortably accommodate 11 people, with a surface area of 150 mÂČ. Located in the Chinaillon district, in the Grand-Bornand resort. It consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a balcony. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A pleasant laundry room with an adjoining drying room is at your disposal.
- Bathroom (bathtub and shower)
- Separate toilet
Upstairs:
- A living room with a fireplace for cozy winter evenings (firewood is provided free of charge), a sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining table
- A fully equipped open kitchen
- Bedroom 1: A king-size bed (180x200) and private bathroom (shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 2: One double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- Bedroom 4: Two single beds
- A mezzanine under the eaves with three single beds, ideal for children, also with a TV, DVD player, and PlayStation.

The neighborhood
The ski slopes are less than 200 meters away and accessible on foot. In good conditions, you can even ski right up to the door!
Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the garage. Shuttle buses are available 50 metres from the chalet.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Annecy (40 km)
- Nearest airport: Geneva (70 km)
- Bus station: Le Grand-Bornand (7 km)
