The Cocoonr agency offers you this rental property located in Chinaillon, in the municipality of Le Grand Bornand, on the fifth floor of the former Hotel Le Maroly, on Route du Chinaillon. This charming flat has a surface area of 50 mÂČ and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The flat consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a sofa, TV, and dining table
- A fully equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, 2 small refrigerators, and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a storage room that can be used during your stay.
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 1: One double bed (140x190) and two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 2: One double bed (140x190)
- Two bathrooms with a washing machine and dryer
Outside:
- A south-facing balcony with a relaxation area to enjoy the mountain air

Ideally located in the heart of the main street of Chinaillon, right in front of the slopes!
