The Cocoonr agency offers this charming flat for rent, nestled in the peaceful village of Chinaillon – Le Grand-Bornand, in the heart of the Aravis mountains. With a surface area of 41 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and offers an ideal setting for a stay in the mountains, summer or winter. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
As soon as you arrive, you will be charmed by its warm, wood-panelled interior, designed for relaxation after a day on the slopes.
The flat is laid out as follows:
- A cosy living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining area opening onto a balcony with panoramic mountain views
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, Nespresso machine, complete set of crockery, etc.
- A double bedroom (140x190)
- A sleeping area with bunk beds and adjoining shower room — perfect for children or friends
- A separate bathroom
- Separate WC
Additional equipment: high chair, cot, gas barbecue, iron and ironing board.

Enjoy a sunny balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains — the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day.

Located in the quiet and sought-after neighbourhood of Les Outalays, the flat has direct access to the slopes (less than 50 metres away) and the Charmieux chairlift, the ideal starting point for reaching the ESF ski school and the children's garden.
