The Cocoonr agency offers this charming flat for rent in Le Grand-Bornand, with mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort, with Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a surface area of 50 mÂČ, and capacity for up to 2 guests. Located on the third floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 21 mÂČ living room, equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 21 mÂČ living room with TV and sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with one double bed (140Ă190)
- One bedroom with one queen-size bed (160Ă200)
- One bathroom with shower
- One separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A balcony to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Le Grand-Bornand, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
In the Samance area, there is a shuttle bus stop right in front of the residence.
You are a 10-minute walk from the center of the village of Chinaillon.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest SNCF train station: Annecy (40 km)
- Nearest airport: Geneva (70 km)
- Bus station: Le Grand-Bornand (7 km)
