The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 61 mÂČ flat with Wi-Fi for rent in Les Refuges des Outalays, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 2nd floor, it consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 mÂČ living room with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa facing the outside.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and crockery, opening onto the dining room.
- One bedroom with 1 single bed
- One bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190)
- A mezzanine can accommodate two additional people with a double bed
- Two bathroom
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 20 mÂČ balcony with an unobstructed view of the Roc des Tours.

Very quiet location, with the âSerpentineâ ski slope right next to the residence.
The flat is ideally located in Le Grand-Bornand, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. It is about a 20-minute walk from the main shopping street in the village of Chinaillon.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest SNCF train station: Annecy (40 km)
- Nearest airport: Geneva (70 km)
- Bus station: Le Grand-Bornand (7 km)
