Contemporary house of approximately 200 mÂČ, detached, of good standing and spacious comprising: entrance hall with cloakroom (cupboard), separate toilet with washbasin, fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, electric oven, 3-burner induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric filter coffee maker and Nespresso pod coffee maker), living/dining room with TV, large bay windows opening onto the terrace with awning. 1st bedroom with queen-size bed, large closet (wardrobe/shelves), bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower.
Upstairs: Bathroom, separate toilet, mezzanine with desk, sofa bed, 2nd bedroom with three single beds, mobile porch, storage (shelves), 3rd bedroom with queen-size bed, large closet (shelves/wardrobe), 4th bedroom with queen-size bed, large closet (shelves/wardrobe), 5th bedroom with queen-size bed, sink, large closet (shelves/wardrobe). Enclosed and wooded garden of approximately 600 mÂČ with heated swimming pool, garden furniture, and ping-pong table. Outdoor solar shower.

Le Tour-du-Parc is a renowned center for oyster farming and shellfish.
The Passeur du Lenn offers a boat trip from the Pen Cadenic slipway, which is an alternative to driving. It opens the doors to the southern Rhuys Peninsula, on foot or by bike, including a visit to Suscinio Castle, as well as the must-see beaches and, of course, access to the Gulf. But also the gateway to Morbihan, such as the beaches from Damgan to Kervoyal, where shore fishermen mingle with families enjoying the sea and fine sand. On foot or by bike, you'll be electrified by the beauty of the landscapes. On both sides, nature has never been so close!
You'll also enjoy the Pencadenic hiking trail, in the commune of Tour du Parc. An easy hike, accessible to all levels of hikers, offering a wonderful discovery of nature and the beauty of the Rhuys Peninsula through varied landscapes.
