Semi-detached villa with Mediterranean charm, full of character and authenticity. Nestled in a verdant setting, this holiday rental is located in a small, quiet residence, just a few hundred meters from Nartelle beach.
Furnished in a Provençal style and opening onto the outdoors, it comprises an entrance hall, a beautiful, bright living room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and on the ground floor, two bedrooms: one with a 140cm double bed and the other with two single beds, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. There is also a sleeping alcove with a sofa bed.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs on the mezzanine: two single beds that can be joined to make a 160cm double bed and a shower room with toilet.
The lush garden is full of trees and flowers. It is planted with umbrella pines, oaks, and olive trees, and is fully fenced.
The terrace, with its beautiful sea view, features a covered dining area, shaded from the sun, as well as garden furniture and two sun loungers.
This house invites you to rest and relax for a successful holiday in a calm and peaceful setting.
