At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! Li'Am (leave them) Worries Behind is named for our son, Liam, and is the perfect family friendly beach home! Three bedrooms, 2 baths and this home is located in Navarre Beach, Florida's most relaxing beach! The master has a King size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and shares a bathroom with our bunk room. The bunk room features two bunk beds with twin size beds. All four walls and the ceiling in the bunk room are painted as an under the sea theme. The kids will love it! The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa available as well. Li'Am Worries Behind can comfortably sleep up to 6 adults, with max occupancy at 10 including children. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, offering plenty of room for the whole family.

Ask about our beach package. This is available for an additional charge.

Sometimes items may need repaired/replaced and may not be available. The golf cart is guaranteed with the beach package, everything else is extra. Refunds won't be given unless the golf cart is unavailable.

*This property has security cameras located outside, at each door.

*A signed rental agreement is required. We do collect an $500 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions. Pet fee is $100 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.

*Violation of any house rule, including pet rules will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

A perfect get-away

We loved staying here. Beautiful and clean accommodations, a very short walk to the beach, the game room proved very valuable on our rainy days, and, the firepit with ample seating and swings, made for some magical nights, enjoying the fire and watching the stars! We'll be back for sure!

Off Peak Quick Getaway

The house was a perfect weekend getaway with our kids and parents. We decided last minute to take a long weekend and so glad we chose this place as it was well stocked with great amenities and we stayed busy with games, the outdoor swings, and foosball table.

Beautiful stay

We have stayed at this house 3 times now and every time has been beautiful and peaceful. This area is so quiet and the house is incredibly comfortable. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Absolutely Perfect

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Navarre Beach for a week. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room had everything we needed for the week. The house was in a great location in the middle of two beach access areas. The front deck has a breathtaking view of both the sunrise and sunset. Finally, Jenna was a fabulous host. We will most definitely book this house again for future stays.

Great Location

The home was cute and well stocked, it was just enough space for our family of 5. The kids loved getting to ride on the golf cart each day. We loved the fire pit area and the swings. The beach access was super convenient, and close to the house. This was our first trip to Navarre Beach, at the recommendation of a friend, and we loved the area very laid back and not crowded at all. The water and sand are beautiful!

A Perfect Escape with Fun for All Ages!

Our stay at Li'Am Worries Behind was nothing short of fantastic! My 13-year-old son, Lennon, and I had an unforgettable time. Lennon absolutely loved the game room and especially enjoyed cruising around in the golf cart to the beach—it was such a unique touch. The backyard was also a highlight, with the perfect setup for cozy nights around the fire and fun yard games.What really stood out to us was how peaceful and uncrowded Navarre Beach felt compared to other places we've been. It had all the beauty of a top-tier beach but without the hassle of crowds. This place really offered the perfect blend of relaxation and family fun. We can't wait to come back!Highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid-back beach getaway!

Awesome vacation home. We had a wonderful experience.

Li'am worries behind is a great house. Our group had 4 adults and 3 children. There was lots of room for everyone. Our granddaughters loved the under the sea themed bunk room. Our grandson loved the game room. The house is perfect walking distance to two different beach access points. Our 3 year made it with ease. The house is well maintained and the owner responds quickly to questions. We will visit again.

A great week in Navarre Beach!

We just spent 10 days at Li'am Worries Behind and we had such a great time. It is not what I would call luxurious accommodations but it is everything you need for a comfortable stay after a day out on the beach. - While the bedrooms are not huge, they had plenty of room to store our clothes and luggage. The beds were clean and comfortable and when the doors were closed you couldn't hear what was happening in the other rooms. - The TVs were easy to setup our own streaming services (Don't forget to Sign Out from them when you leave). - In the room with the bunk beds, a box fan was included and turned out to be a big help in keeping cool. We also always bring personal fans as well. - The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch. Plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, a Keurig, etc. Be sure to bring your own spices, cooking oils, etc. - The propane grill was used daily and tanks were provided. - Washer and drier were fantastic - don't be surprised when you hear the 'gurgle' when the washer drains. It scared us the first time til we figured out what it was... :) - The extra beach towels were a nice touch - The house is 3 blocks from the public beach access. The "beach package" which includes the golf cart made it so easy to shuttle back and forth to the beach. - The boys loved the game room and we had Cornhole tournaments every night. - Didn't use the fire pit, but wood was provided Overall, a great place and we had a great time!

Great beach house

My family and I stayed at this property for the 4th of July. The house was big enough for the whole family with plenty of room. The commute to the beach was just a short walk away and was a very clean beach to go and hang out at. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone. The host was very nice and was quick to reply back to me when needed.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this beach house. Super clean and accommodating. The game room was a big hit with our girls and we loved the option to purchase the beach package. We cruised on the golf cart everywhere and it was so convenient riding it to the beach every single day. Our family absolutely loved it!

Relaxing and Fun!

Our family really enjoyed this home for our vacation in Navarre this year. The game room and outside areas were a hit with both the older and younger kids and there was plenty of room for all of our family to get together for a nice dinner.

This place was amazing, my family & I had a great time.

We loved having the bikes to ride and the golf cart was very convenient. Beach access wasn’t very far at all. The place was clean and had absolutely everything you would need. I highly recommend getting the beach package added on. It’s well worth it. We took our tiny fur baby and found plenty of places around that allowed dogs, even a couple dog beaches. The game room and swings out back entertained my 14 yr old and all of the adults as well. Loved sitting on the porch In the evenings. The shower in the master bedroom was amazing. It was a relaxing and fun week spent there.

Florida vacation 2024!

The property was absolutely beautiful!!!! So clean and properly furnished! After spending 2 days with no ac at the previous booking, this stay was absolutely perfect!
