Welcome to Music City! Large home situated in the Rosebank neighborhood of East Nashville. Close to everything the East side has to offer including shopping, restaurants, and nightlife and just over 5 miles to Broadway. With 6 beds and 3 full baths, there is plenty enough room for the whole group! Sorry - we do not host locals.

Looking for a space to share without feeling overcrowded? This newly renovated home in East Nashville is just what you need! With 6 beds, 3 full baths and 2,200 sq. ft there is enough room for the whole group.
⦿Bedroom 1: queen bed, ⦿Bedroom 2: queen bed, ⦿Bedroom 3: King bed, ⦿Bonus room: Queen bed, ⦿Living area: 2 full size futons. Big driveway for multiple cars if you're driving. The kitchen is also fully stocked if you want to cook at home. Just a short drive to all the great food, drinks, and nightlife in East Nashville and just over five miles to downtown, this home is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood.
No pets allowed.
If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole home.

The home is located in The Rosebank Area of East Nashville. Down home neighborhood vibes but just a short drive to all the local hotspots.
Getting Around:
There is plenty of room for multiple vehicles in the driveway but UBER and LYFT are also always readily available.
Other Things to Note:
Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood. No parties anytime.
