Come and enjoy a fun home with a beachy twist! This home's friendly atmosphere is perfect for getting into a beach-visiting mode. Use the four bikes to explore the neighborhood or cruise to the shared outdoor pool!

Decks upstairs and downstairs make relaxing in the fresh air easy, with plenty of comfortable seating on the screened porch. Central air-conditioning means everyone will stay cool inside. The open kitchen features a prep table that doubles as a fun breakfast bar - the kitchen lies in the heart of everything, so it'll be easy to duck in and out when you need a refill. Two washer/dryer sets make for a perfect setup for large families or groups. The outdoor shower on the side of the home is ideal for rinsing off sand after a long day at the beach. Come prepared to relax when you head to this home.

The fourth bedroom has a separate entrance and is not accessible to the main house.

A “strange” house

The cutest

The cutest house! Loved our stay and especially loved the golf cart that was included. Not baby or elderly friendly with all the stairs but we made it work! Thank you we had a great time!

Gillade: Renlighet och incheckning

Pretty house, Cramped Quarters, Not-So-Thoughtful Touches....

Summary of Pros: The house was nice, decor was lovely, golf cart & bikes were great, garage had a nice assortment of beach supplies: boogie boards, awesome beach tent and umbrella, shovels and pails, and 4 beach chairs. The master bedroom was very nice and large with a comfy bed. The screen porch was a nice place to have coffee in the morning while it drizzled. This house would be great for 2 couples and a couple small children. The cons: 1) Cramped Indoor Space. This house is NOT very comfortable for 7 people made up of grown kids/adults. It feels very cramped - the kitchen & living room are miniscule. (I thought maybe we could pull some kitchen chairs over for a family movie night, but don't fool yourself like I did.) You have to crouch/bend over in the master shower. The outside bedroom is itty bitty. 2) Cramped Outside space. The backyard was TINY. The dining table/chairs out back was set up on a wooden platform so small that if you pushed a chair back to get up quickly, you would fall off backwards. We stuck to the other porch on the second floor which was tiny and only 4 of the 7 of us could comfortably hang out. There is no ceiling fan out there and not a lot of air flows through the screen so it's pretty sweltering, fyi. 3) BROKEN DISHWASHER. I know from other reviewers this has been broken since March. Which is pathetic for a pricey beach house. So prepare to hand-wash everything for your group. 4) Pool-time Cancelled. The pool my youngest was excited about was closed while we were there. They refunded us $250 with no options to move. $250 of a nearly $5000 stay was a 5% refund. 5) Pitiful Housewares. This seems petty but I need to warn y'all about the not-so-thoughtful touches so you come prepared. When we arrived ready to hit the beach with cold drinks - there was not only no ice maker but no ice trays either. What beach house has no way to make ice? Don't let the big cylindrical containers near the toilets that read "TOILET PAPER" fool you. They are emty. You'll confidently reach over to replenish the roll to discover this - at the worst possible time. You get 3 Rolls total. BRING TOILET PAPER. You get 1 Roll Paper Towels, 2 Garbage Bags - bring extra. Laundry Detergent. You get a 1 load packet & they ask you to start a load at checkout - so they're just giving you enough to do THEIR towels. Bring some. There's no complimentary coffee supplies. A very nice house, though cramped & blah amenities.

Beautiful home!

We loved this home. We had no problem accessing the home with the codes, no problem with the bikes or golf cart. The furnishing were beautiful. The showers were pretty small (especially the upstairs shower). The guys were banging their heads quite a bit. The dishwasher did not work but we weren't told until the second night we were there. So we had to unload the dishes and wash them. Not a huge deal as we used paper plates a lot. We enjoyed our stay.

Serene & Perfect !

Loved the quick access to the beach and shops . The home was private and clean and the decor was absolutely beautiful. Celebrated my brothers bday with 3 other friends and the set up and hospitality from Vacasa from start to finish was amazing. I will continue to book all my vacations through them.

Beautiful home, well-appointed!

Casa Ventana was even better than pictured. Furnishings were all modern and beds all very comfortable. Extra blankets were nice to have as we had unseasonably cold weather. Every vacation home has hiccups, so we rolled with the punches. The hiccups: we could not get into the garage when we arrived, couldn't find the golf cart key, and bike lock codes were not obvious. Would be more helpful if they posted these instructions after final payment or at least the day before we arrived. Took us a while to fill out waivers and call in to get help as there was no welcome info inside. Also, no instructions on operating the TV, took us a while to input wifi and set up Roku. The dishwasher, although appeared pretty new, did not work. We hand-washed dishes & used paper plates because we did not want a technician fiddling around while we were all hanging out. One day the water was turned off. Each time, Vacasa was very responsive and agents were helpful, although phone hold was a bit long at times. The kitchen and furnishings were great. It was nice to have some spices provided. A few Keurig coffee pods provided, so bring more if you are a coffee/drinker! We enjoyed loading the beach chairs and boogie board on the golf cart and heading to the beach the couple of days we had nice weather. Note that the primary bedroom has a sliding barn door - although cute, has an opening at the top, so not very soundproof. Showers are pretty short, my hubby is 6'5 and son is 6"2 - both struggled. Downstairs Jack & Jill bathroom toilet is very small. Regardless, all in all, a sweet getaway for the price! We hope to be back again!
