Quiet 3 BR 1.5 Bath Duplex Near 5 Colleges, Connecticut River, and Hiking Trails

Spacious duplex (1600+ SQ Feet)with full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, on 4+ acres to enjoy. Master Bathroom has jacuzzi tub in addition to shower. OTHER SIDE OF DUPLEX IS OWNER OCCUPIED. Home is set back 800+ feet off main road on an old christmas tree farm. TVs in living room and master bedroom with Netflix. Property located off RT 202 for easy travel to surrounding towns, colleges, hiking trails, and various attractions. NO PARTIES. Feel free to contact us with any questions! You will see our pup Gronk, as he spends much of his time in the yard! I do own my business and work out of my garage so expect to see several boat engines in and around the garage.

Very clean. Beautiful rooms. Fantastically beautiful yard. Very quiet. Loved the washing machine and the host had set out plenty of tea which we truly appreciated. We were a party of all adults but kids would love it here.

These accomodations were great for what we needed- a place to stay so we could attend a few hockey games at U Mass. The house was clean and well equipped, though a few things needed some repair- a missing towel bar, a broken light fixture. The upstairs bathroom showed signs of wear- cracked tiles, cracks in sink and toilet tank lid, but everything was clean and functional. Overall, I would stay again.
