The Tipsy Mermaid is a beach front, one bedroom, luxury condo located in the highly sought after Long Beach Resort. Located on the first floor with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico! Floor to ceiling windows in bedroom & living area provide outstanding beach scenery. This stylishly decorated condo is newly renovated. Full sized washed & dryer located in the unit. Long Beach Resort boast three pools, 1300 feet of beach frontage, fully gated and located in the heart of Panama City Beach! âš PLEASE READ: Resort Enhancement Project & Special Rates! âš
Hello potential guests! Transparency is very important to us, so we want to provide an update on a resort-wide project.
Long Beach Resort is currently undergoing a major exterior re-stuccoing and beautification project, which will continue until late winter 2026. This will ensure the resort remains a premier destination for years to come!
How this might impact your stay:
Balcony Access (Now - Late Oct 2025): During this specific period, the balcony of our unit will be inaccessible as crews work on our section of the building.
Potential for Noise: As with any construction project, there may be associated noise during working hours (typically Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM).

We believe you can still have a wonderful beach vacation, and we've adjusted our pricing structure to create an incredible value proposition for you.
Significantly Reduced Rates: Our pricing from now through the end of the project already reflects the potential for inconvenience.

After spending a many vacations on the Emerald Coast, we never wanted to leave... we also dreamed of having a place to invite other people to the sugar-white sandy beaches & gorgeous turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast!
The day we stumbled upon Long Beach Resort, we instantly fell in love, and knew this was place we could escape to but more importantly, a place where could share the full beach side experience.
