• 3 A/C units - 1 wall-attached unit in the main living/dining/kitchen area and 1 portable unit in 2 of the bedrooms

Guest access
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated. No meeting for keys, just arrive at the condo! We are real people with real jobs just like you!

Other things to note
- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 8 people max
- No pets. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.
- We have stocked the condo with many items including a “starter kit” of paper products. Guests who plan to stay for longer than 2-3 days will most likely need to supply their own once the starter kit runs out.
- Be respectful of quiet hours, the other building tenants and surrounding neighbors.
- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
- Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, and zip locks are not provided.
- By confirming your reservation, all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement.
