The cosy living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, designed for your everyday meals as well as your evenings for two: washing machine, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, everything you need to cook and enjoy yourself in complete independence.
The spacious bedroom invites you to relax with its private whirlpool bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing or work.
A separate shower room with WC completes this property, offering comfort and privacy to its occupants.
This accommodation combines charm, comfort and functionality to make your stay a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Whether you are travelling for work, as a couple or to discover the region, you will find everything you need to feel at home.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort.
There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation at the rates charged by the city. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

The neighbourhood around Rouen Town Hall is one of the most iconic and historic in the city. Located in the heart of the city centre, this neighbourhood is a fascinating blend of architectural heritage, cultural dynamism and lively local life. Dominated by the imposing Town Hall, a magnificent neoclassical building dating from the 19th century, the neighbourhood is surrounded by picturesque streets lined with shops, cafés and restaurants.
Nearby, you will find must-see monuments such as Saint-Ouen Church, an imposing Gothic abbey, and the old medieval market square. Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. They are from 4 p.m. onwards and departures must be no later than 11 a.m.

All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
