Discover this charming, renovated and modern house for 6 people, with a surface area of approximately 72m2 in a quiet neighborhood 700m from the sea. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a 140cm sofa bed, a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, extractor hood, induction hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, etc.) opening onto the living room, and a bathroom with WC. On the first floor, a landing leads to a first bedroom with a 140cm bed and under-bed storage, a second bedroom with two 90cm beds and a closet, and a bathroom with WC. Beautiful, equipped terrace (garden furniture, two sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue). Enclosed garden and parking area for 1 to 2 vehicles. The house also offers Wi-Fi access. Local shops are 500m away and the city center is 2km away.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants. Additional services on request and subject to availability: rental of sheets and household linen, rental of WIFI box (âŹ40 per week), end-of-stay cleaning (âŹ105), rental of childcare equipment.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de RĂ©, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La GriĂšre to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la TerriĂšre.
