Come discover this studio located on the 1st floor with breathtaking views of the lagoon and the ocean, just 400m from the beaches and 800m from the town center where you will find all the local shops.
It comprises an entrance hall (with closet) leading to the bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower, the fitted kitchen area (2 ceramic hobs with extractor hood; refrigerator/freezer; oven) with dishwasher, a living room with a sofa bed and a 140 x 200 cm Murphy bed, a table for 4, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi access. The south/west-facing balcony is equipped with patio furniture.
Private parking, a bicycle storage room, and a tennis court are available for building residents. Small pets are allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants. Additional services on request and subject to availability: rental of sheets and household linen, rental of WIFI box, end-of-stay cleaning (âŹ60), rental of childcare equipment.

La Faute-sur-Mer is the southernmost seaside resort in the VendĂ©e region. It is located in the Pertuis Sea, facing the Ăle de RĂ©, near Aiguillon Bay and the beaches of Charente-Maritime.
The beaches of La Faute-sur-Mer stretch for 8 km from La Tranche to the tip of Pointe d'Arçay. They are well sheltered and offer many water sports, including sand yachting. Four beaches are supervised. They all slope gently, making them ideal for families with children. Some beaches are accessible for people with reduced mobility, but access from the parking lots is a bit remote (access via paved paths and then sand).
To the south, we find Pointe d'Arçay (5 km long, still expanding, bordered by a maritime pine forest), a coastal spit shaped by the sea and wind. It boasts some beautiful wild beaches.
