First and last floor with independent access

Located in a quiet suburban area of Saint-Denis, on the first and last floor of a house with independent access, this peaceful and elegant apartment offers an entrance, a living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, and two rooms. You can enjoy the large departmental parks Marville and Valbon located just a stone's throw away, and the strategic location 15/20 minutes walk from the Basilica of Saint-Denis and the metro, 25 minutes by bus from the Stade de France, 6km from Paris, etc.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a house with independent access. At the top of the stairs you can take off your shoes and hang up your coat. The two beds measure 160x200 and linen (sheets and towels) are provided.

There is no dishwasher in the accommodation.

You will have to be discreet and respect the peace and quiet of the residence, especially between 11pm and 7am. A family lives just below. Be careful not to make noise with the heels of your shoes (it is best to take them off in the apartment), and when you move chairs or furniture.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment, even at the window.
You will not be able to stay in the courtyard, you will only be allowed to pass through it to access the accommodation.
If you come by car, you must not park in the courtyard or in front of the gate.
The radiators must not be pushed above 20/21 degrees, and the windows must not be left open. On the other hand, you will not have to close the shutters.
Dogs are not allowed.
