A short walking distance to multiple tram and metro stops, this lovely and quiet Studio apartment is perfect for solo travelers/couple who wish to explore the city!
A care-free walk to Eiffel Tower is just 30minutes walk. Alternatively, a tram station and two metro lines are extremely close-by to take you into Central Paris within 15min via public transport.

Fitted with a plush sofa, a hotel-quality bed, and a work desk, relax in the bright living room after a long day in the city. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure an extremely comfortable sleep.
The main bed raises completely to the ceiling, allowing you to make full use of the space below!
Through the living room, youâll find an accessible balcony complete with seating area, where you can enjoy a coffee, drink or meal.
Entertainment, a selection of channels, as well a games console are offered to help you you relax.
The attached kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery youâll need to whip up a delicious meal including a cooker, microwave oven, and a coffee machine. So, feel free and cook up a storm!
If you prefer not to prepare meals yourself, a prepared take-away beakfast or lunch can be arranged directly from the reception at additional cost. Alternatively, there are numerous excellent brasseries, pizzeria's and cafe's nearby.
The bathroom has all the necessities youâll need to freshen up, with a luxurious walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Fresh towels and welcome toiletries will also be provided for your convenience on arrival.
Underground, secure, onsite parking is available, charged separately at âŹ12per day.
You are guaranteed a very pleasant stay!
