Summit Village – Enjoy Up North at Shanty Creek

Enjoy what Up North has to offer from ski, golf, lake from this studio unit that can comfortably sleep four in two double beds.
The unit is fully accessible, there are no stairs to climb from the adjacent parking lot to the unit.
This unit is in Summit Village right next to the hotel, and it has views at the tubing hill/ Lake Bellaire/ fireworks for 4th of July and New Year. The unit offers free shuttle to the slopes as well as complementary access to indoor pool and spa during ski season and complementary WiFi, no password needed.
During summer you get to enjoy free access to Lake Bellaire Summit Village Association beach.
Room towels are not to be used at the pool or beach, guests need to bring own towels.

After a day full of activities walk to the village bars and restaurants. No need to drive!
The unit is also feet away from the Summit Village Shanty Creek shuttle stop. The shuttle can be used to travel between Shanty Creek villages and event to downtown Bellaire.
For your convenience, the unit is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, 2 mugs and Keurig coffee machine. While we strive to provide a variety of k-cups, we cannot guarantee availability to satisfy your taste. Please still plan to bring your own coffee.
The room is equipped with 43" Smart TV with Netflix included.
Enough towels for four people are supplied in the room as well as hair drier.

This is not a child proof unit. Each guest is responsible to ensure the safety of their children in the unit and on the balcony for the duration of their stay.

Outdoor sports mecca

Location has numerous top notch outdoor activities close by. Beautiful scenery and the roads are well maintained and signage promotes safe driving.

Perfect little getaway in Northern Michigan

This room was perfect for a little get away if you want to visit Lake Tahoe or just northern Michigan. Very clean and nice views. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great Property

I highly recommend this nice unit. It was clean, spacious, conveniently located, and had everything we needed for a few days away. We also really appreciated the number of high quality clean towels available for our family to use. It seems like there are never quite enough, but we had plenty! We used the beach club that came with the rental, and that was perfect too.

Great place to stay for a price

Great price and nice host. Keep in mind pool doesn't have towels. Also to ski you need to drive about 10 miles Everything else was good. Yes also as someone mentioned beds are rock hard. Bedding and pillow are comfortable.

Great space, great location!

We were completely satisfied with our experience at this property. The communication from the owner was clear, and all information about amenities included ahead of time, so we knew what we would need to bring.. namely beach towels, as there is a pool and hot tub on the property. The room was clean. The location was EXACTLY where we needed to be. We couldn't ask for more and will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Family get together

Needs updating and safety measures put in place. Carpet removal and general overhaul such as worn wood and simple updating to made look fresh and welcoming. For comparison to other B&B of which we’ve stayed in a variety in other places and as owners of properties general upgrade will always be a plus

The space was basically a motel room. Clean, nice balcony, comfortable beds, easy access. I wish there had been info on where to get ice and also some lighting near the frig/microwave area. Overall it was good.

What we expected and more - Great location!

Perfect for a weekend ski trip! Lakeview Hotel is a quick walk away where we ate dinner both nights. Skiing at Schuss is a couple miles down the road... we did the short drive ourselves, but the shuttles were constantly running. You can see the tubing hill from the balcony, which operates until about 10 pm with loud music playing. We are night owls and found it very entertaining! Room was clean and cozy. Exactly as depicted. Would definitely stay again!
