Located in the heart of the RĂ©sidence de la Mer, this lovely house can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally situated in La Couarde-sur-Mer, it offers a peaceful setting just a few steps from the beach, the village centre and cycle paths.
You will appreciate its sunny terrace and its calm environment, perfect for a relaxing stay on the Ăle de RĂ©.
The residence's shared swimming pool is accessible to all occupants and will allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful summer days.
The Peu Ragot beach is located approximately 100 metres away and is easily accessible on foot.
The house has all modern comforts: a bright living area with lounge space, a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as private parking.

Upon your arrival, we will provide you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of RĂ© under the best conditions!
The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.

The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.
