20 mÂČ studio on the 4th floor of a 145-unit residence with elevator. Located in the village center, 100 m from the market square and shops, and 200 m from the slopes (Chevaly). Unobstructed views of the Pic du Marcelly and Mont Blanc. Ski lockers. Parking is available in front of the residence.
LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN: Kitchenette: sink, 4-burner electric stove, mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, units containing all necessary cookware, dishes, glassware, and cutlery. Electric coffee maker, toaster, pressure cooker.
Living room: 140 cm sofa bed, television. Bay window with French doors opening onto the south-facing balcony.
SLEEPING AREA: Two 90 cm bunk beds with two storage drawers, separated by a door.
SHOWER ROOM, with sink and bathtub. Separate toilet.
Electric heating.
Bed linens and towels not provided, but can be rented from the agency.
Pets not allowed.
Cleaning must be done by the tenant upon departure or a cleaning fee must be paid to the agency.
