It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator/freezer, KRUPS coffee machine, kettle, etc., a dining area with a table, and a lounge area.
A private 20mÂČ south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a BBC (low-energy building).
The shower room/toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (new bedding), and the other with a double bed. Private parking.
Cleaning and linens are not included in the rental.
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
