Casa Zavala is an ocean front home with 180 degree ocean views.
The home is located on the East Cape - approximately 24 Km from San Jose del Cabo
Casa Zavala is located in La Fortuna, La Fortuna is a surf spot situated between Shipwrecks and Nine Palms, La Fortuna offers a fun wave for everyone and holds many surfers with many fun sections, it is good for all level of surfers or just sit out on the patio and watch the beautiful sun rise.
There are miles of beach to walk and explore.
Surfing, swimming and snorkeling in a safe beach.
This is a solar home with 3 bedroom, 3 baths with ocean views from all bedrooms.
Each Bedroom has a smart TV and Living room has a 55" smart TV.
Enjoy the infinity pool with views of the surf break and the beach.
Sit in the beach side fire pit and listen to the soothing sounds of the waves.
Open floor plan opens up to a large out door patio.
Lounge chairs, daybed and mini out door sofas.
Kitchen amenities of the fully equipped kitchen that has you at home, such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, 5-burner stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, collection full of pots, pans, knives, plates and cutlery.
Sony sound system in Livingroom and out door patio area, connect with blue tooth.
Beach towels are provided, 4 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, snorkel gear two beach umbrellas and 2 kayaks.
Full laundry room.
Besides surfing out front, Shipwrecks, Nine Palms surfing areas are nearby and natural park Cabo Pulmo is 45 minutes away.
Sushi restaurant next door, pizza place one block away, small local store that sells
beer, water and ice.
There are couple other eating establishments further up the coast ( White Lodge who also offers spa services and Vidasol).
Casa Zavala is located on the East Cape outside San Jose del Cabo on the sea of Cortez.
It is 39.7km from the Los Cabos airport or 24km from San Jose del Cabo.
It is recommended you rent a car.

Does not disappoint!

We have stayed in this house for four years running and we hope to rent it for many more years to come!! It is the perfect location with a few restaurants and surf breaks. We love it because it is low key…which is great for us.

Just Book It

We stayed here for 6 nights. What an amazing experience. You’re off grid so be prepared for your cell phone to only work in the house and for this home to force you to unwind and leave the grind at home. Everything was amazing! The recommendations for the private chef, sushi next door, falling asleep to the waves and waking up to the sunrise. You won’t be disappointed!

We did not want to leave…

Don’t think twice - book this property! The photos do not do it justice. It is stunning and the perfect place to relax, watch sunrise, kayak out to watch whales, float in the pool or do nothing at all. You are steps from great food (Zai’s Sushi), Ozzy’s beach bar and other fun spots! It’s the perfect headquarters for exploring the East Cape. We will be back!

The perfect getaway!

We stayed here over the the Thanksgiving holiday with family (6 adults). The property is spacious and well maintained and has all the amenities it advertised, but the location is why we will come back to this property in the future. About 40 minutes from San Jose del Cabo, its on gorgeous stretch of beach with great places for swimming, surfing or just sunbathing. There is a new bar that opened next door (closes at 8PM and was never too noisy) that had great drinks and ceviche's that we partook in every afternoon. Also next door is Zai Sushi which I would highly recommend making a reservation if you stay here. Jason the property manager was very friendly and helpful. Other highlights, the kitchen is well equipped and we cooked most of our meals (there is also a nice BBQ), the firepit was the place to hang out well into the night. Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Magical

This property and home is so spectacular. The minute you step inside you experience breathtaking views and special spaces. So fun to cook here enjoy the fire pit under the full moon, and so much to do. Our ladies group had simply a magical time. Super clean and wonderful bedrooms. Amenities were outstanding. Thanks so much!

Relaxing and chill vacation spot

The house is beautiful with outstanding views. The floor plan is well thought out and inviting. The property managers are very responsive and attentive. Five stars!!!!

East Cape Adventure

The house is exactly what the pictures show!! There was no disappointments at all. The whale watching is unbelievable. On your drive from the airport it seems quite far out but once you go back into town you realize it’s simple and only takes about 20 mins to get to San Jose del Cabo. We quickly decided there was no reason to go back into town it’s so pretty and calm. Miles and miles of beach to walk and explore!!!

Desert Oasis

I rented this home to attend a wedding that was nearby and I am so glad I did. It is new, has all the amenities and the location for us was perfect as the wedding was not too far away. All bedrooms have a beautiful ocean view. The master and one of the guest rooms have their own bathroom. The third bedroom has a bathroom right outside the room. Very spacious bathrooms and each room has it's own TV which we loved! Jason was super helpful and we were also very happy to have hired the chef service with Gustavo. I highly recommend this place when staying on the East Cape...oh also, there is a really great sushi restaurant right next door which was just a huge bonus. Really great place and totally worth it!!

Perfect beach getaway.

The house was beautiful and had spectacular views from every room. It had everything you could possibly need. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels and toys, kayaks and boogie boards, fantastic pool and dependable wifi. I appreciated the high quality linens in the bathrooms and bedrooms too. We were able to work remotely and have a family vacation at the same time. We enjoyed the beach and the surf all day and floated in the pool while we BBQ'd carne asada for dinner. With a washer and dryer I was able to do the laundry before we flew home which made unpacking even better. This was a very extravagant spend for us, but it was worth every penny. Thank you so much for such a memorable birthday celebration.
