Fully renovated contemporary villa, available late November 2025. Perfect for 6 8 guests, featuring a bright living area with equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including one with outdoor bathroom), and an optional studio. A/C, Wi Fi, jacuzzi with ocean view, double terrace with BBQ. Peaceful residential area, minutes from Orient Bay, Grand Case beaches, and Hope Estate shops.
Guests will have access to the main villa and the separate bedroom. Access to the studio is optional for groups of more than 6 people.
The rental price includes only the end of stay cleaning. If guests require additional cleaning services, CAP SXM, our concierge service, will offer them for an extra charge. Villa Agave is equipped with a clean water tank to ensure uninterrupted water service during your stay, as well as a generator. Smokers are not permitted inside the villa. Appropriate ashtrays are provided on the terrace. We recommend renting a car. Villa Agave is surrounded by a large, gated tropical garden and has ample private parking for several vehicles.
It's best to rent a car upon arrival on the island. You'll need it to get around throughout your stay. A parking space is available in the residence opposite the building. Feel free to ask CAP SXM for their promo code with partner rental companies.
