It's within 15 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the artsy Noda district, Southend, and Uptown. Amenities such as Charlotte sports, breweries, Carowinds, outlet malls, and great dining are just a hop and jump away. The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, with a newly renovated kitchen including stainless steel appliances and of course a Keurig.

Great little bungalow

Great little spot for a weekend stay with close availability to downtown. Great to have a fenced in yard for the pets. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Nice place to spend a week. Location allowed for easy access to everything. Fenced backyard was great for our small dog.

Good but ...

There were definitely roaches around outside. We found a couple in the house. The towels and bedsheets had hair in them, as if they weren't washed from the last stay/use. Some looked like long dog hairs. One comforter smelled like wet dog and had those same hairs on it. The backyard grass wasn't cut, had a wire down in the yard, and had tons of mosquitoes. Not the best for dogs or even little dogs, tripping over the wire. We enjoyed the neighborhood though. We loved how close it was to Enderly Park. It was a very cute house and we did like it. Just some drawbacks that had us questioning the cleaning crew.

Short Weekend Away

Everything was good and as listed. Short drive into the city if you choose, but not much traffic or noise there. Only thing is just be aware of your surroundings outside. I had some unwanted stuff said by some people walking the streets when I got out of the car to go into the house. That’s beyond the host’s control though, but just wanted to note it.

Comfy little spot

We needed a short term local spot to hang our hats for a few days while our floors were being redone. This cute place was just minutes from our house so it was perfect. The host was great and even willing to let us bring our cat (very hard to find places that allow cats). It was comfy, quiet and relaxing.

Perfect getaway

The house and neighborhood was exactly as described. This was the perfect place to stay, close enough to uptown that we were able to get everywhere quickly. Neighborhood is very quiet. We were here for the George Strait concert and it didn’t disappoint. We were so impressed we will stay here again if in Charlotte. Jonathan was quick to respond to any questions I had, such as great restaurant recommendations and places to park for getting to Bank of America stadium.

Great Location!

Our daughter lives within 5 minutes of the property which was very convenient. It seemed easy to get to here, there, and everywhere from our house. The neighborhood is going through renovations and seems to be one of those "up and coming" situations. We felt safe though...no worries. Great fenced in back yard for our dog.

Loved the Little Bungalow

We absolutely loved this little bungalow. In town for a football game and the location was perfect. The yard was awesome for our fur babies. We will definately rent again if we ever make it back to Charlotte.

Clean and comfortable. Great yard for the dogs!

Great spot in a quiet, diverse area. Lots of restaurants/breweries nearby. Close to Uptown and the South End. The house is clean, manageable and comfortable. We travel with our dogs and the yard is fully fenced in and giant! We have stayed here multiple times- and plan to continue coming back when we visit our son in Charlotte. Thanks for having us, Jonathan!

Weekend stay

Pet Friendly and Comfortable

The house was the perfect spot for a weekend in Charlotte. I appreciated the fenced yard for our dog and the fact they allow pets.

Cute house!

This home was perfect for our weekend away in Charlotte. We enjoyed being by the park, have designated parking and the fenced backyard. The house is petite but has everything we needed while in town for a wedding.

Weekend in Charlotte

Spent the weekend with my service pup attending the Renaissance festival. My stay in Enderly was peaceful and very enjoyable. Great atmosphere and easy access to everything.

First time VRBO/BnB traveler to Charlotte NC

Host (Jonathan) helped very much throughout the entire process, from beginning thru end of trip. Very informative and helpful, providing quick and accurate responses to our every question (especially with us being first time VRBO service users). Description of property was spot on and services/amenities were very accurate. Had one issue with the app (VRBO) not registering the correct no. Of travelers/pets but again Jonathan worked quickly with us to correct the error and resolve the updated billing, all online thru the app. Unfortunately the city is working on the nearby Enderly Park, so we could not make use of it during our stay. Other than that, the immediate area was very quiet and we had no issues at all. We all felt Charlotte was and extremely dog friendly city and our neighborhood was as well! Thx Jonathan for all your help and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a good getaway, especially with a dog!

Cute bungalow- great fenced in yard!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect sized home for my husband, 2 dogs and I to spend the weekend. Neat and clean. Comfy bed(s). Great water pressure in the shower. Fully fenced in yard for the dogs. The location was safe and very convenient to all kids of trendy breweries and restaurants, Uptown (stadiums) and SouthEnd. We were in town for UNCC’s parents weekend and it was very easy drive to the school. Jonathan was an incredible host - very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Thanks so much for having us- we hope to return again in the near future.
